Flowers that are not withering, broken and/or rotting are deemed to be fresh and good for sales.

NO returns or refunds shall be processed. All bouquets and arrangements are handcrafted by our florist and some slight difference against product image are to be expected. 

In the event of unavailability of fillers and colours shown on image, our florist shall at their own discretion to arrange equivalent options.
