Shipping policy
This Shipping policy applies to the delivery and collection of orders/goods from our dispatch centre.
1. Shipping rates & costs
Shipping rates are fixed. Any discount applied may or may not be inclusive of shipping cost.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
Our products are shipped locally by our own fleet. We will contact you regardless your order placed specified delivery instructions or not.
3. Shipping restrictions
We only perform local Singapore deliveries except to,

All offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St John’s Island, Jurong Island and Khusu Island)

All military zones

All ports: air and sea

Chemical plants, power stations, shipyards
Additional delivery cost may apply if you need our delivery to the above locations, however, subject to our acceptance.
4. Missing or lost packages
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of your control. In the event if the recipient is uncontactable, we will call the buyer for new instructions, i.e. placing the package in front of the location, hand it to neighbours or schedule for second delivery.
Any re-delivery will incur additional delivery cost and initial delivery cost shall be deemed as fulfilled.
Bellerina Pte Ltd shall not bear any responsibility on any missing parcel for any alternative delivery instructions
5. International shipping
Bellerina Pte Ltd do not ship international orders.
We do accept international orders for Singapore's recipient.
6. Return and exchange information
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Term and Conditions, no product or service may be returned..
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received.
- Bellerina Pte Ltd and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
Bellerina is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
All decisions by Bellerina Pte Ltd is final .
